The crisis communication area is becoming increasingly important for many managers. Professional preparation for a potential crisis not only gives peace of mind in everyday work, but can also be an opportunity to strengthen the image of companies facing the challenge of a crisis.

We take a multi-pronged approach to crisis communication. We provide services related to ongoing support in a crisis ("anti-crisis preparedness") and help companies identify threats and prepare effective rules of conduct for crisis situations. Our team prepares statements for the media and other target groups. We also develop crisis manuals from start to finish and update existing procedures.

Mariusz is a doctor of humanities. He was a press spokesman of the Polish Police for many years. He oversaw the "media" operations during major political, sports and cultural events in the country. Mariusz is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies of the University of Warsaw.

He has also authored public relations publications and training programmes. He's an expert in crisis communication. Mariusz won the prestigious "PRotony" competition. In 2012, he received the "Lion of PR" award. In 2010, he was nominated for "competent and consistent building of a positive image of the Police" in the top three places of the prestigious competition "Człowiek Briefu 2010".

Michał Wiórkiewicz
Partner

Michał has been in the communication field for a dozen or so years. He oversees the creative side, effective strategy implementation and evaluation. He's fascinated by social research, and knows how to read between the lines and provide the right advice to clients in relation to communication tools.

He acquired his professional experience in both the public and private sectors. Michał has created successful political and media campaigns. He has also successfully managed crises in organisations.

In his opinion, the key to the best communication is understanding the client's needs, which means listening carefully to their story.
